3. Products & Pricing

4. Orders & Contract Formation

A purchase contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

incorrect pricing
stock issues

5. Payment

We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors.
We do not store payment card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only.
Risk passes to the customer once the goods are delivered.

7. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Exceptions

custom-made or personalized products
goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed

Returns

The customer must:

inform us in writing (email) within 14 days, and
return goods within 14 days after giving notice

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

8. Warranty & Defects

Products purchased in the EU are covered by a 2-year legal warranty for defects.
A customer may request:

repair
replacement
price reduction
refund (if repair or replacement is impossible)

9. Accounts

If you create an account:

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details.
You must notify us of unauthorized use of your account.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for:

damages caused by improper or unsafe use of climbing equipment
indirect or consequential losses

Climbing involves inherent risk. Customers must use products according to manufacturer safety guidelines.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content (images, text, logos) is owned by Funk Climbing or used with permission. You may not copy or distribute without authorization.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Slovenian law and applicable EU consumer protection law.
